Terms of use

These govern this website and the application form. They are not a payment services agreement, and nothing here commits either of us to a commercial relationship.

Last updated 22 August 2026

Draft. Moving Money Company is a placeholder name, the governing law below is provisional, and this has not been reviewed by a solicitor. It must not be relied on until the operating entity, its jurisdiction and a working legal contact are filled in.

01 — What this covers

This website, and applying through it

These terms are between you and Moving Money Company ("Moving Money Company", "we", "us"). They apply when you use this website and when you submit an application at /apply. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover two things and no more: what you may do with this site, and what submitting an application does and does not mean. If we go on to work together, the commercial relationship is governed by a separate written agreement signed at onboarding — not by this page. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

02 — Not an offer

Nothing here is a binding quote

The coverage, methods, settlement timings and capabilities described on this site are published for information. They are not an offer, and they do not form a contract.

Submitting an application is a request to be assessed. It does not oblige us to provide anything, and it does not oblige you to proceed. We may decline any application without giving reasons, and a decline is not a statement about you or your business.

What is actually available to you depends on your business, your markets and the licence you hold, and is confirmed in writing at onboarding — never by this page.

03 — Regulatory status

We hold no payment licence

Moving Money Company does not hold a payment institution licence, e-money authorisation or equivalent permission, and is not a bank. We operate through licensed local providers in each market.

We state this in our FAQ and repeat it here because it is the kind of thing that must not depend on you finding the right page. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to be regulated, as regulated financial advice, or as an offer of a regulated payment service. If holding a licence directly is a hard requirement for your business, we are not the right provider today.

You remain responsible for holding whatever licences and permissions your own activity requires in the markets you operate in. We configure availability against the licence you hold, and we will decline markets your licence does not cover.

04 — Who may apply

Businesses only

This is a business-to-business service. It is not offered to consumers, and nothing on this site is a consumer offer. By applying you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are acting for a business rather than personally, and that you are authorised to apply on that business's behalf.

05 — Your information

It needs to be accurate

We assess applications on what you tell us, so what you tell us has to be true and complete. If details change materially before we reach a decision, let us know.

Applications containing knowingly false information may be rejected, and any agreement later reached on the strength of them may be terminated. Please do not include financial account details, government identifiers or any sensitive personal data in the form — we do not ask for them and do not want them.

06 — Acceptable use

What you may and may not do here

You may:

  • Submit an application on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.
  • Read, quote and link to what we publish.

You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading or third-party details, or apply on behalf of a business without its authority.
  • Use automated tools to submit applications, or attempt to defeat the checks on the form.
  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the site or attempt to access anything not made public.
  • Reproduce the coverage data wholesale as a competing dataset.
  • Use the site to arrange payment processing for activity that is unlawful in the market it targets, or that the applicant is not licensed to carry on.

We may restrict access to the site if it is being used in any of these ways.

07 — Accuracy

Published in good faith, and it moves

We name specific payment methods, settlement behaviour and repatriation constraints because a number without a list is useless to anyone deciding where to launch. We take accuracy seriously and correct errors when we find them.

But local rails, capital controls and regulatory positions in these corridors change quickly, and some figures we publish are labelled as indicative estimates rather than sourced facts. Country and industry information is general, is not advice about your circumstances, and should not be relied on for a regulatory, tax or investment decision. Take your own advice before acting on it.

Industry statistics attributed to third parties are reproduced from the sources named beside them. They are not Moving Money Company performance figures, and we do not warrant the underlying research.

08 — Intellectual property

Ours, with a deliberately wide reading licence

The content, design, mark and coverage data on this site belong to Moving Money Company or its licensors. Third-party names — payment schemes, wallets and banks — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to say what we support. Their appearance implies no endorsement or partnership beyond what we state.

You may read, quote and link to what we publish, including for research and reporting, with attribution. We permit automated agents to read and cite this site. What you may not do is reproduce the coverage dataset wholesale as a substitute or competing product.

09 — Availability

No uptime promise for a marketing site

We do not guarantee that this website will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. This concerns the website only. Service levels for anything we go on to provide are set out in the agreement signed at onboarding.

10 — Liability

What we do not exclude, first

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We put that first because a liability clause that buries it is trying to imply otherwise.

Subject to that, and because this website is provided free and for information: we are not liable for business losses arising from use of the site, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, and the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind so far as the law permits.

These limits concern the website. Liability for services we actually provide is dealt with in the signed agreement, where it is negotiated rather than imposed.

11 — Governing law

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version. Changes are not applied retrospectively to an application already submitted.
